Coinone held a signing ceremony for a strategic equity investment deal with Korea Investment Securities, OKX Ventures and Com2uS Holdings. Samsung Securities, Samsung SDS and Samsung Card to buy 4% stake in Dunamu

Samsung Securities, Samsung SDS and Samsung Card will expand cooperation in digital asset businesses through an equity investment in Dunamu. The three companies said on May 28 they decided to acquire 1.39 million shares, equal to a 4.0 percent stake in Dunamu, for 612.8 billion won from shares held by a Kakao affiliate. Samsung Securities will take 2.0 percent, Samsung SDS 1.0 percent and Samsung Card 1.0 percent.
