Nexthrus raises 3.8 billion won from KT, LGU+ and Certik as strategic shareholders
Nexthrus is bringing in KT, LG Uplus and Certik as new shareholders, expanding its telecommunications and security partnerships into an equity relationship. The company disclosed it decided at a board meeting on Sept. 10 to carry out a third-party allocation paid-in capital increase targeting the three firms. It plans to issue 2,151,443 new shares, raising about 3.8 billion won. Payment is due on Sept. 18 and the shares will be locked up for 1 year.

SK Square speeds \'AI native\' shift, expands portfolio innovation
SK Square is stepping up its shift to AI transformation, redesigning investment work and portfolio companies\' business models around AI, it said on Wednesday. The company is building an \'AI native\' operating model, where AI agents handle tasks and employees focus on judging and verifying results. It has set up a sandbox for developing AI agents and built an internal knowledge hub. It is also applying AI-based automation across portfolio companies.

KOSPI reclaims 7,000 level, up 1.40 percent on institutional buying
South Korea\'s KOSPI rose more than 1 percent on Tuesday to reclaim the 7,000 level, supported by institutional buying and gains in semiconductor and secondary battery shares. The index ended up 97.12 points, or 1.40 percent, at 7,051.64 after touching the 7,100 level during the session. Institutions were net buyers, while individuals and foreigners sold. The KOSDAQ also advanced, and the won strengthened against the dollar.
