RSUPPORT extends RemoteView free trial to 30 days ahead of Chuseok holiday
RSUPPORT said on Thursday it will extend the free trial period for its remote control solution RemoteView to 30 days from 14 days for new subscribers until Sept. 30, ahead of the Chuseok holiday. The company said store owners and manufacturers worry about on-site management gaps during holiday periods. RemoteView allows remote checks and control of store POS and kiosks and factory equipment, and includes encryption and security features.

RSUPPORT launches RemoteCall and RemoteView in Indonesia
RSUPPORT, a remote solutions company, said on Sept. 7 it held an official launch event in Jakarta on Sept. 3 for its remote support solution RemoteCall and remote access solution RemoteView for local reseller partners. The event was hosted by PAT (Prospera Aswindra Teknologi), RSUPPORT’s exclusive distribution partner in Indonesia, and was attended by about 60 local reseller partners. RSUPPORT said it plans to expand sales and technical support and broaden its partner network.

RSUPPORT, NNSP to develop remote support business models for N2SF, industrial control networks
RSUPPORT said on Aug. 6 it will jointly develop remote support business models with cyber-physical systems security firm NNSP that can be applied to the National Network Security Framework (N2SF) and industrial control networks. The companies plan to combine remote maintenance convenience with control-network security by linking RSUPPORT technology with NNSP’s network linkage, data transfer and visibility technologies. They aim to broaden cooperation from public-sector demand to remote maintenance and equipment monitoring in industrial sites.
