RSUPPORT joins Japan IT Week 2026, eyes expanding in Japan beyond remote work into security

RSUPPORT, a company specialising in remote solutions, said it participated in Japan IT Week 2026, held at Tokyo Big Sight from April 8 to 10. Under the theme of an integrated digital transformation strategy combining remote access and security, it introduced a new remote-work system that pairs its RemoteView solution with the anti-ransomware product WhiteDefender. The company said RemoteView has been adopted by about 21,000 Japanese firms, including security-sensitive financial institutions.

RSUPPORT wins ISO 27001 and 27017 security certifications

RSUPPORT said on Jan. 15 it has simultaneously obtained the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27017:2015 international certifications for information security management. It said it reacquired ISO/IEC 27001 after passing 123 items and obtained ISO/IEC 27017 after passing 244 cloud-security items. RSUPPORT provides AI-based remote solutions including RemoteCall and RemoteView to about 20,000 companies and institutions. It plans to expand in Japan, China and Southeast Asia.
