RSUPPORT, a remote solutions company, said on Sept. 7 it held an official launch event in Jakarta, Indonesia, on Sept. 3 for local official reseller partners for its remote support solution RemoteCall and remote access solution RemoteView.

The event was hosted by PAT (Prospera Aswindra Teknologi), RSUPPORT’s exclusive distribution partner in Indonesia, the company said. About 60 local reseller partners attended.

RSUPPORT has supplied products to Indonesian companies through domestic sales, but this is the first time it has moved to secure customers and build distribution channels based on local official partners. It plans to establish an official distribution base in Indonesia through cooperation with PAT and step up its push into the local market.

At the event, RSUPPORT introduced key functions and use cases for RemoteCall and RemoteView. It also presented its direction for advancing products by incorporating AI technology. The company plans to step up sales and technical support for local resellers and continue expanding its partner network.

RSUPPORT CEO Hyung-soo Seo (서형수) said, "This launch is an important starting point for building RSUPPORT’s business base in the Indonesian market in earnest." He said, "Based on cooperation with local partners, we will expand our presence in the Indonesian market and later expand channel partnerships to major Southeast Asian countries."
