[Digital Today reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] AI-based remote solutions company RSUPPORT said on Wednesday it has simultaneously obtained the international information security management certifications ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27017:2015.

The ISO/IEC certification is an international standard for information security management systems jointly established by the International Organization for Standardization and the International Electrotechnical Commission, and is an international certification in the information security field.

RSUPPORT said it reacquired ISO/IEC 27001:2022 after passing 123 items related to its information security management system, and also obtained ISO/IEC 27017:2015 after passing 244 items related to its cloud information security management system.

RSUPPORT combines AI and remote technologies to provide its RemoteCall remote support solution, RemoteView remote control and access control solution, RemoteVS contact-free sales solution, AI:repoto AI meeting minutes solution, and RemoteMeeting video conferencing solution to about 20,000 companies and institutions at home and abroad through on-premises and software-as-a-service offerings.

RSUPPORT, which generates more than 50 percent of its total revenue from overseas, plans this year to actively pursue expansion in Japan, its key market, as well as in China and Southeast Asia.
