KT&G launches second-half hiring for office, field and experienced staff
KT&G is seeking applicants for its second-half 2026 recruitment of entry-level and experienced staff, the company said on Tuesday. The hiring is split into office and field entry-level tracks and an experienced-staff track. Applications for field entry-level and experienced positions close on Aug. 26, while office entry-level applications close on Sept. 10. The process includes document screening, an AI video interview, working-level interviews and executive interviews.

KT to embed AI across workplace, expand AID-X companywide
KT is expanding a companywide work innovation system that applies AI across its operations, extending its AID-X framework beyond software development to planning, UI and UX design, quality assurance and operations. At an AID-X demo day in Seongnam, it shared implementation steps, results and trial-and-error. KT also unveiled examples including humanoid physical AI, AI-based service testing across devices and a natural-language AI case that optimised shuttle bus routes.

Bespin Global builds generative AI customer service assistant for AIA Life on private cloud
Bespin Global said on Sunday it built a core function called AICSR (AI CSR Assistant) for AIA Life’s smart AI messenger project aimed at next-generation customer service innovation. The company said AICSR is a generative AI-based assistant that recommends answers and scripts, automates post-call tasks such as consultation summary and categorisation, and analyses prior consultations and customer satisfaction. The project was built in a closed private cloud environment using small language models.
