Kakao to support 12 Gangwon food and beverage small businesses with up to 100 million won per store
Kakao said on Tuesday it will launch a tailored support programme worth up to 100 million won per store for 12 small food and beverage businesses in Gangwon. The initiative is part of its \"Dangol Store\" shared-growth programme and will run through December. Support includes product planning consulting, training on online commerce and AI, access to Kakao Talk Deal and Makers, and marketing support including 톡채널 messaging funds and influencer content.

KT to hire new graduates, testing job performance capabilities
KT said on Monday it will recruit new university graduates through Sept. 7. Openings include network infrastructure operations, B2B consulting and sales, and B2C marketing and sales. KT said it expanded the hiring scale to strengthen its field workforce. The company said it will evaluate applicants’ professional skills and their ability to use AI, including how they apply AI in problem-solving scenarios.

Naver Pay to work with BC Card and UnionPay to expand payments for foreign visitors
Naver Pay (Npay) is working with BC Card and UnionPay to expand domestic payment services for foreign visitors to South Korea. Naver Pay said on Aug. 25 the three companies signed a business agreement on Aug. 24 at BC Card\'s headquarters in central Seoul to promote payments by foreign visitors. They plan to use their payment networks, infrastructure and technology, aiming to launch related services next year.
