C-Cubista partners Novainsecu to co-develop integrated security service

Cybersecurity specialist C-Cubista said on Wednesday it is partnering with security consulting firm Novainsecu to target the security market for key national infrastructure industries, including the public, financial and aerospace sectors. The companies will jointly develop an integrated security service linking real-time threat detection and incident response with security policy formulation, combining C-Cubista’s network detection and response platform with Novainsecu’s consulting capabilities.

Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix diverge on long-term memory contract strategy

Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix are shifting memory sales to multi-year long-term supply agreements, but are taking different approaches. Samsung is seeking to lock in 60 to 70 percent of capacity under contracts that fix price and volume. SK Hynix is building up deals but keeping part of output outside contracts, citing supply constraints. With terms undisclosed, the outcome is expected to be judged by earnings and shareholder returns.

CQUBISTA begins preparations for KOSDAQ listing, signs lead manager deal with Daishin Securities

Cybersecurity company CQUBISTA said on Thursday it has signed a lead manager contract with Daishin Securities for a listing on the KOSDAQ market and has begun preparations. The company develops and supplies network detection and response solutions, including its PacketCYBER product combining real-time packet analysis and AI-based threat detection. It also provides IoTCYBER and is accelerating development of encrypted traffic analysis product PacketCYBER EVA and a cloud-supported version.
