Former Apple CEO Tim Cook sells about 192,000 shares worth $63.90 million

Tim Cook (팀 쿡), Apple’s former chief executive and current board chair, sold about $63.90 million worth of Apple shares in early October under a pre-arranged trading plan, filings showed. Cook sold 191,753 shares on Oct. 2 at $330.66 to $334.50 each. A day earlier, 374,541 performance-based restricted stock units vested, with 199,038 shares withheld for tax. Cook also donated 26,325 shares.
