OpenAI president dismisses executive departures as not unusual
OpenAI President Greg Brockman said a recent string of executive departures was part of a normal reshuffle and not particularly unusual. He said heightened attention around the company makes the changes seem bigger. OpenAI has seen key leaders leave in recent months, with at least 12 senior executives departing this year. Tesla CEO Elon Musk said artificial intelligence could surpass the collective intelligence of humanity within five years and could reach a level that would be difficult for humans to control within 10 years.
