RSUPPORT said on Aug. 6 it will jointly develop remote support business models with cyber-physical systems security firm NNSP that can be applied to the National Network Security Framework (N2SF) and industrial control networks. The companies plan to combine remote maintenance convenience with control-network security by linking RSUPPORT technology with NNSP’s network linkage, data transfer and visibility technologies. They aim to broaden cooperation from public-sector demand to remote maintenance and equipment monitoring in industrial sites.

South Korean shares tumbled on Tuesday, with the KOSPI falling 10.84 percent to 6,023.63 after dipping below 6,000 intraday and the Kosdaq sliding 7.71 percent to 705.86 after briefly falling under 700. Both markets triggered a sell-side sidecar and a first-stage circuit breaker, halting trading for 20 minutes. Foreigners were net sellers in the main market, while the won ended 4.40 won higher at 1,461.60 per dollar.
