Xenon beta opens GenA AI agent portal, expands into B2C
Generative AI solutions company Xenon has launched a beta service for its AI agent portal GenA, which lets users access various AI agents through a single interface, it said on Tuesday. The company said GenA integrates services such as chatbots, slide creation, translation and image generation. It supports multimodal intelligence, recognising text, images and large files such as PDFs and documents, and includes context-aware features.

Socar to set up autonomous driving unit led by CEO Park Jae-wook
Socar will set up an independent company dedicated to autonomous driving services in May, the firm said on Wednesday. It will spin off a unit aimed at commercialising autonomous driving based on its car-sharing platform capabilities, with an investment size of 150 billion won. CEO Park Jae-wook, who has led the new autonomous driving business since January, will also serve as head of the new entity. Krafton will join as a strategic investor.

Samsung Display QD-OLED wins certified wide viewing-angle verification
Samsung Display said on Tuesday its QD-OLED lineup for TVs and monitors completed UL Solutions\' QuantumView viewing-angle evaluation. The test measures changes in luminance and color coordinates from the front out to 60 degrees. Samsung Display said QD-OLED products showed at least 60 percent luminance retention and color coordinate change of 0.012 or less at 60 degrees. It attributed the results to its front-emission structure and quantum-dot Lambertian emission characteristics.
