As competition in generative AI intensifies, Zuckerberg is getting more deeply involved in development and in reshaping Meta’s AI business. Meta President Dina Powell McCormick said he sits in the AI lab with Alexandr Wang and Nat Friedman and codes all day.

Chabi enters California electric vehicle charging market

Chabi, a fast-charging electric vehicle services company, has entered the U.S. energy market in California. It signed an agreement with SPT, a clean energy, energy storage and AI energy group, to build ultra-fast EV charging infrastructure and supply integrated energy solutions. The partners set a three-stage roadmap through 2030, targeting more than 3,000 chargers. Chabi also opened a U.S. office and warehouse in Riverside.
