IBK Industrial Bank of Korea pushes work innovation with employee-developed AI agents
IBK Industrial Bank of Korea is linking AI agents planned by employees to workplace innovation. The bank said it held an “AI Day” event to select outstanding cases among AI agents that staff planned and implemented. AI Day served as the final event of its companywide AI innovation programme, “IBK AI Boom-up Festa.” Participants designed AI agents for tasks tied to SME support, including document checks for foreign remittances, identifying targets for productive finance and data-based credit reviews.

AWS to hold AWS Summit Seoul 2026 in May, outline next 20-year vision led by agentic AI
Amazon Web Services will hold the AI and cloud conference AWS Summit Seoul 2026 on May 20-21 at COEX in Seoul. Marking 20 years since the launch of Amazon S3 and 10 years since opening the Seoul region, AWS will review its past two decades and present a vision for the next 20 years led by agentic AI. The event includes special booths and industry and AI sessions with keynotes by AWS executives and partners.

ITCEN IN4U targets enterprise AI market with BXG AI agent platform
ITCEN IN4U participated as a partner in \'Databricks AI Day Seoul 2026\' held on April 1 and introduced its BXG platform, which integrates AI architectures such as ontology and the Model Context Protocol. The company highlighted BXG as addressing hallucination and high-cost structures that hinder adoption of generative AI. It said the ontology-centered agent platform is designed on the Databricks platform and the Genie engine.
