ITCEN IN4U took part as a partner in 'Databricks AI Day Seoul 2026' held on April 1 and introduced its BXG platform, which integrates the latest AI architectures such as ontology and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
At the event, ITCEN IN4U highlighted BXG, saying it improves the hallucination problem and high-cost structure cited as obstacles to adopting generative AI.
According to the company, ITCEN IN4U's BXG is an ontology-centered intelligent agent platform designed on the Databricks platform and the Genie engine that automatically converts natural-language questions into analysis code. It said a key feature is the application of ontology, a knowledge system that defines meaning and context between data.
Designed on MCP, a communications protocol that allows smooth exchanges of contextual information between AI models and external tools, BXG also strengthens scalability. When users ask questions in natural language, the BXG agent provides optimal answers and dynamically generates charts that visualise the task-level connection structure, supporting immediate decision-making in practical work.
Lee Jong-bok (이종복), chief executive of ITCEN IN4U, said, "The BXG technology confirmed through this conference will be a clear answer to resolving the practical concerns companies face when adopting generative AI." He added, "Based on cooperation with Databricks, we will continue to advance solutions incorporating the latest technologies such as ontology and MCP and will spare no technical support so customers can turn data into powerful business assets."
