Netmarble expands external studio cooperation, advancing two-track strategy
Netmarble is strengthening its portfolio by expanding from an internal studio–centric structure to broader partnerships with external developers. It recently signed a global publishing deal with Kong Studios for Project Octopus and earlier secured global rights to Sol: Enchant from Alt9. Internal studios have also reported steady results. The company plans further disclosures on upcoming titles as its two-track strategy gains momentum.

Kucoin secures MiCA licence in Austria
Kucoin received a MiCA licence from Austria’s Financial Market Authority, allowing its EU unit to operate virtual asset services in 29 EEA countries except Malta. Chief Executive BC Wong said the approval is a milestone for long-term trust and compliance. The exchange applied for the licence in early 2025 and cited Austria’s stable regulatory environment and talent pool as reasons for choosing the country.
