Hecto Healthcare launches second cohort of Desimone supporters
Hecto Healthcare said on Jan. 20 it held a launch event for the second cohort of its Desimone probiotics supporters programme and began activities. The initiative follows a first cohort run last year and is made up of consumers with strong interest in gut health. The group will take Desimone 4500 each month and create review content for Instagram, blogs and YouTube over about six months. The company plans to use the content to build brand trust and expand brand experiences online and offline.

Dukyang Energen sets IPO price at top of range at 10,000 won
Dukyang Energen said it has fixed its initial public offering price at 10,000 won, the top of its 8,500 to 10,000 won range, ahead of a KOSDAQ listing. Bookbuilding on Jan. 12 to 16 drew 2,324 domestic and overseas institutions, with a 650.14-to-1 competition rate, and all bidders offered at or above the top price. The implied market value is 248.1 billion won.

LG Uplus co-develops open API platform with Korean SME
LG Uplus said on Monday it has developed a Network Open API Platform, also called an Open API Gateway, with telecom equipment maker Ariatech. It said the platform offers carrier network functions in standardised API form for outside developers and companies. LG Uplus said it provides APIs to strengthen personal data and financial security, including handset number authentication and SIM-change information, as well as quality-on-demand functions to raise service quality when users want it.
