Bitcoin capitulation signal emerges as stop-loss selling hits 2022 bear market bottom level

Stop-loss selling has risen quickly in the bitcoin market, pushing an on-chain indicator down to levels seen at past bear market lows. Darkpost, an on-chain analyst at CryptoQuant, said bitcoin’s UTXO profit/loss count ratio fell to prior bear market levels for the first time in this correction. He called it a capitulation signal, while cautioning the process takes time and does not imply an immediate rebound.

Broadcast Media Communications Commission launches online I-PIN issuance for teens 14 and older

South Korea's Broadcast Media Communications Commission said on June 30 it will fully implement online issuance of I-PINs for teenagers aged 14 and older. It is working with the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, a public MyData expansion task force, KAIT and three I-PIN issuers including NICE Information Service, Seoul Credit Rating and Korea Credit Bureau. The change allows immediate online issuance with legal guardian consent even without a phone in the teen’s name.

NIPA supports K-Health push into Vietnam, secures export deals and MOUs

South Korean digital healthcare companies signed export contracts and business cooperation agreements in Vietnam through a joint overseas expansion programme, the Ministry of Science and ICT and NIPA said on Monday. Daejeon, Daegu and Gwangju jointly ran the programme for the first time. Activities in Vietnam from June 22 to 26 included hospital visits, business meetings and networking. Kotras signed an $85,000 export deal and is pursuing another $70,000 deal in Hanoi.
