Naver launches New Year membership promotion to boost delivery and grocery benefits

Naver said on Monday it is running a New Year promotion to strengthen fast delivery and fresh food grocery benefits for Naver Plus Membership users. From Jan. 6 to Jan. 18, members using the Naver Plus Store mobile app will receive daily coupon packs for N Delivery, Kurly N Mart and High-end. Coupons offer discounts of up to 50,000 won, with total daily savings of up to 90,000 won.

Naver introduces group buying feature for Brand Connect

Naver said on Tuesday it will beta launch a group buying partnership feature for Smart Store sellers on its creator affiliate platform Brand Connect. The update lets sellers and creators manage proposals, terms, product registration, performance tracking and settlements in one place. Sellers can receive automatic creator recommendations and set different discounts, commissions and sales periods by creator. Creators can track sales and expected earnings via a dashboard linked to Smart Store order data. Naver will waive usage fees for sellers in 2026.

SK Hynix to unveil HBM4 16-high 48GB at CES for first time

SK Hynix will unveil its HBM4 16-high 48GB product for the first time at CES 2026, held in Las Vegas from Jan. 6 to 9 local time. The company will run only a customer exhibition space, without a joint SK Group booth. It will also showcase HBM3E and display a global customer’s latest AI server GPU module using the memory. Other exhibits include SOCAMM2, LPDDR6 and a 321-layer 2Tb QLC NAND product for high-capacity eSSD.
