Microsoft is considering legal action against OpenAI and Amazon, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday. The move follows OpenAI's selection of Amazon Web Services as the provider of Frontier Cloud, a platform for building and operating enterprise AI agents, which Microsoft believes may breach its partnership agreement with OpenAI.
