AI company Diquest said on Wednesday it has added a conversational feature to its Vibe AI agent platform Delma that can create task automation workflows using only natural language. The company calls the feature the Vibe Workflow Builder.

With the Vibe Workflow Builder, users can simply type a sentence in a chat window describing what they want to do, such as "Summarise received emails and send important mail to Slack" or "Analyse customer inquiries and generate different responses by type." The AI identifies intent, automatically generates the required work steps and links them in order.

Frequently used tasks such as document summaries, drafting email replies, classifying customer inquiries and answering questions based on internal materials (knowledge search) are also provided through pre-built templates, allowing immediate use without additional setup. The company stressed that internal tests showed using the feature reduced workflow creation time by about 80 percent compared with building the same automation task using a drag-and-drop method.

Diquest Chief Executive Kyung-sun Kim (김경선) said, "Making AI agents should no longer be something only developers can do." Kim said, "We will develop Delma into a Vibe AI agent platform that allows anyone to create and use AI agents through natural-language conversation alone, and support companies so they can easily adopt AI."
