MSIT to work with AMD on AI chips, help Korean NPUs expand globally

South Korea's Ministry of Science and ICT will cooperate with AMD to expand the domestic AI semiconductor ecosystem, including linking AMD CPUs and GPUs with Korean NPUs to build and test heterogeneous AI computing infrastructure. The ministry said it signed an MOU with AMD in San Francisco. The sides also plan cooperation in AI-based scientific research through NAIS. AMD plans to set up an AI Center of Excellence in South Korea and support university programs and joint research.

Ripple infrastructure grows but XRP stays quiet as 2028 breakout scenario emerges

A technical outlook suggests XRP could remain in a long trading range until August 2028. U.Today reported that, based on Bollinger Bands, the XRP chart appears to repeat the 2022-2024 accumulation phase. The analysis says Ripple’s business expansion and XRP price may move separately. It cites weakening institutional demand for spot XRP ETFs, the launch of Ripple Mint for RLUSD, and U.S. regulatory uncertainty as factors limiting upside momentum.
