SKT and NTT Docomo publish AI-RAN white paper

SK Telecom said on Monday it has jointly published a white paper with Japanese mobile operator NTT Docomo on the evolution of virtualised base stations (vRAN) and the implementation of AI-based radio access networks (AI-RAN). The paper analyses advanced capabilities, technical requirements, key implementation technologies and expected benefits from a mobile operator perspective. It highlights clear separation of hardware and software, resource pooling for flexible infrastructure, and AI computing functions using virtualised base station systems.

HandySoft acquires WantedLab's WantedSpace HRM solution, steps up push into SMB SaaS

HandySoft said on Monday it has acquired WantedLab's human resources management solution WantedSpace as it moves into the business-to-business subscription software-as-a-service market. The company said it signed an asset transfer agreement for the service and plans to expand beyond its public-sector and large enterprise focus into the small and midsized business SaaS market. It plans to integrate its e-approval system with WantedSpace's HR database and continue cooperation with WantedLab.

Grepp launches AI competency assessment service covering process and results

Grepp, which runs the developer skills growth platform Programmers, said on March 31 it has officially launched an "AI Competency Assessment" service to support corporate AI transformation. The service evaluates both AI-use results and the problem-solving process, analyzing capabilities from prompt design to verification, refinement and linking to outcomes. It targets all job categories and can be used for large-scale hiring and company-wide diagnostics.
