AI and data-based HR tech platform Worxsphere said on Thursday it launched WorxShift, a job training brand aimed at strengthening practical AI capabilities for employees at small and medium-sized enterprises.
WorxShift is part of the Korea Industrial Human Resources Corp's "2026 premium training" project to foster SME talent, and supports strengthening job capabilities for SME employees and companies' AI transformation (AX).
Worxsphere said it segmented the curriculum to reflect differences by job in the purpose and way AI is used. It said it will provide practical training tailored to each role across four fields: AI recruitment branding, performance advertising, data-based business development and information security.
Training will be held in the evening at Worxsphere's Seoul headquarters so employees can attend after work. Each course consists of 12 hours of offline classes over 2 weeks.
Participants are employees enrolled in employment insurance at companies designated as priority support-eligible under the Employment Insurance Act. Employees who want to participate should submit an application through the WorxShift official website via their company's representative.
Seung-il Jung (정승일), head of Worxsphere's Career Business Division, said, "For AI transformation at small and medium-sized enterprises to lead to actual changes in work, it is important that employees who know the field well learn how to use AI in ways that fit their jobs." He added, "Going forward, as a platform that connects companies and talent, Worxsphere will expand job training that reflects demand in industrial sites and continue to support employee growth and strengthening corporate competitiveness."
