Wall Street says Tesla has effectively reached Level 4 self-driving in most conditions; is insurance the evidence?

A Wall Street analyst said Tesla\'s Full Self-Driving software has effectively reached Level 4 autonomy in most conditions. Piper Sandler\'s Alexander Potter cited Tesla\'s lower insurance premiums for heavy FSD users, preparations for a robotaxi business and disclosure of FSD subscriber numbers. KOSPI reclaims 8,100 as foreigners turn net buyers for first time in 24 sessions

South Korea\'s KOSPI rose more than 4 percent on June 12 to reclaim the 8,100 level, supported by gains in U.S. stocks and strength in semiconductor shares. Foreign investors turned net buyers for the first time in 24 sessions since May 7, while institutions also bought. The Kosdaq climbed more than 3 percent to finish above 1,000. The won weakened slightly against the dollar.
