Ripple RLUSD links with cross-chain infrastructure Squid, giving access to 20,000 tokens

Cross-chain infrastructure platform Squid has integrated Ripple\'s stablecoin RLUSD, enabling users to swap assets across blockchains in a single transaction. Squid said its routing layer connects RLUSD to more than 100 blockchains and more than 20,000 tokens, allowing direct swaps from assets such as USDC, USDT, ETH and XRP without separate bridging, token wrapping or multi-step trades. RLUSD is issued on XRP Ledger and Ethereum and expands to Ethereum layer2 networks.

Crypto projects shut down in downturn, multichain DEX Satori Finance halts operations

Satori Finance, a multichain decentralised exchange, will shut down operations, becoming another crypto protocol to close amid a market downturn. It said on social media X that it made the decision after careful consideration and that prolonged unfavourable market conditions left it without enough profit to keep operating. Users can withdraw funds until July 16. After that, the platform will halt operations and remaining assets cannot be withdrawn.

Range raises $8.3 million to expand stablecoin-fiat integration platform

Range, a stablecoin startup headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, raised $8.3 million in a Series A round. The Block reported that its total funding has increased to $11 million. The round included fintech funds such as Switzerland’s TX Ventures and U.S.-based SixThirty, as well as crypto-native investors including Maven 11 Capital and Onigiri Capital. Range provides an integrated platform for companies handling stablecoins and fiat currencies.
