Whistle partners with Yeoju on parking enforcement alerts ahead of Chuseok holiday
Mobility platform Whistle said on Sept. 18 it has partnered with Yeoju in Gyeonggi Province to provide an integrated parking and stopping enforcement alert service ahead of the Chuseok holiday. Residents and visitors can use the service by registering vehicle information in the Whistle app. Alerts are sent by app push notifications and messaging when a vehicle is detected by fixed or mobile CCTV in enforcement zones. The company said it is expanding integrated services across partner regions.

Whistle expands parking enforcement alert service to 7 cities and counties in North Jeolla
Mobility platform Whistle will start a parking enforcement alert service in Buan County, North Jeolla, the company said on Thursday. With the addition, Whistle said its coverage in the province will expand to a total of seven cities and counties, including Namwon, Iksan, Jinan, Gunsan, Wanju and Gochang. Users can receive free alerts via app push notifications or KakaoTalk messages when CCTV captures their vehicles in enforcement zones.

Mobility platform Whistle has introduced its parking and stopping enforcement alert service in Seongju county, North Gyeongsang province, expanding its coverage, it said on Tuesday. Drivers who register vehicle information in the Whistle app can receive advance notices without additional settings when entering enforcement zones in partner local governments. The company said the service aims to prompt drivers to move vehicles before enforcement begins.
