Uniswap Foundation holds $85.8 million in assets, can operate until early 2027

The Uniswap Foundation, which oversees the decentralised exchange Uniswap, said it can operate until early 2027 with its current funds. As of Dec. 31, 2025, it had about $85.8 million in assets, including $49.9 million in cash and stablecoins, 15.1 million UNI tokens and 240 ether. It allocated $106.2 million for grants and incentives and $26.3 million for operating costs and staff token rewards.

U.S. healthcare AI operations platform Nitra raises $187 million

Nitra, an all-in-one AI operations platform for U.S. healthcare providers’ back offices, raised $187 million through Series A and B rounds and venture debt, the company said on Tuesday. Nitra said its cumulative funding totals $205 million. Dunamu & Partners was the only South Korean investor in the round. Nitra said it aims by 2026 to secure more than 3,000 clinics and exceed $150 million in annualized revenue.

Securitize, Uniswap team up to enable on-chain trading of BlackRock BUIDL

Securitize is partnering with Uniswap to support on-chain trading of BlackRock’s USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund, known as BUIDL, via UniswapX. BlackRock said it will deploy BUIDL on the DeFi platform Uniswap and will also purchase Uniswap’s UNI token, without disclosing the size of the purchase. Securitize said it whitelisted multiple market makers, including crypto liquidity provider Wintermute. Participation is limited to eligible buyers with at least $5 million in assets.
