Apple introduces iPhone Handoff to use same number on two iPhones
Apple has added an iPhone Handoff feature in iOS 27 that allows the same phone number to be used on two iPhones. The feature enables calls and messages without running two separate carrier accounts. It was briefly shown at WWDC and later detailed at the Sept. 9 “Surprise and Shine” event. Both devices must run iOS 27 or later, be on the same Wi-Fi network and use the same Apple ID.

Apple returns to third in TIME World\'s Best Companies ranking
Apple returned to third place in TIME magazine’s 2026 World\'s Best Companies ranking, scoring 93.16 points behind Nvidia and Cigna. The comeback follows Apple’s absence from the list in 2025 after ranking first in 2024. TIME said its 2026 assessment equally weighted employee satisfaction, revenue growth over the past three years and sustainability transparency. Apple ranked third in employee satisfaction and received the top rating for revenue growth, but fell to 24th in sustainability transparency.

ElevenLabs appoints former OpenAI executive Ashley Kramer as CRO
AI audio company ElevenLabs said on Tuesday it has appointed Ashley Kramer (애슐리 크레이머), a former OpenAI executive, as chief revenue officer. Kramer led enterprise sales at OpenAI, handling AI adoption and sales for Fortune 100 companies. She previously held leadership roles in sales, marketing and product and technology at GitLab, Alteryx and Tableau. ElevenLabs said its annual recurring revenue this year doubled from a year earlier to $600 million, with enterprise customers accounting for about 55 percent of revenue.
