KB Kookmin Bank revamps non-face-to-face retirement pension service

KB Kookmin Bank said on Thursday it has revamped its non-face-to-face retirement pension product trading service within its KB Star Banking app. The bank said the update is focused on improving customer convenience, allowing users to view holdings on the retirement pension home screen and complete additional purchases and sales in one step. It also introduced real-time ETF price checks via linkage with KG Zeroin and enhanced step-by-step guidance during trading.
