Bitcoin seen retaking $100,000 before U.S. midterms
Bitcoin could rise back above $100,000 before the U.S. midterm elections, a report said. Blockchain outlet U.Today cited crypto trader Will Meade as saying the daily chart is forming a bullish continuation pattern. He described the setup as a textbook high-and-tight flag and saw a chance of rangebound trading through the rest of September followed by a breakout in October. Bitcoin is trading around $76,500 to $77,500, well below its record high of $126,198.

Bitcoin demand eases, raising warning signals of drop toward $70,000
Bitcoin is holding near $76,500, but on-chain demand and capital inflows are weakening. Realized market capitalisation fell on a daily basis for the first time in 28 days, and U.S.-listed spot bitcoin ETFs posted net outflows for a second straight day. Glassnode put the next key cost basis zone at about $71,300 and saw stronger on-chain support at $62,000 to $65,000.

The digital credit market backed by bitcoin collateral is growing rapidly and emerging as a new financialisation area in the Bitcoin ecosystem. A UTXO executive said the bitcoin-collateral digital credit market has grown to about $16 billion and is among the fastest-growing areas in Bitcoin’s capital structure. He said continued growth in credit products built on Bitcoin could, over the long term, create a market that competes with Bitcoin’s roughly $1.5 trillion market capitalisation.
