South Korea to expand omnibus accounts for foreigners to ETFs and ETNs

South Korea\'s Financial Services Commission will expand products eligible for foreign omnibus accounts from stocks to include exchange-traded funds and exchange-traded notes, Chairman Lee Bok-hyun (이억원) said. The move aims to improve overseas retail investors\' access to the Korean market and encourage foreign inflows. The FSC also plans to ease network separation rules for security purposes from June and will hold a \"Korea Premium Week\" event in September.

Queenit holds 2026 seller meeting

Queenit, a lifestyle platform for people in their 40s and 50s operated by RapoLabs, held a 2026 seller meeting at its office in Samseong-dong, Gangnam, Seoul, the company said on Thursday. About 170 partner brands attended. Queenit said it will strengthen seller support under the theme of “shared growth,” including a 40 percent increase in marketing spending for an April sale and programs to help new brands.
