Lionheart Studio trains managers as interviewers to boost hiring expertise

Lionheart Studio held internal interviewer training for managers to improve the selection of talent and strengthen hiring expertise. The company ran the programme from June 30 to July 2 for directors, department heads, unit leaders, team leaders and part leaders. The training focused on interview techniques to identify applicants’ capabilities and potential and to improve judgment in identifying talent aligned with the company’s vision.
