Samsung Electronics Service ranks No. 1 in national customer satisfaction for after-sales service for third straight year
Samsung Electronics Service has been named No. 1 in the electronics after-sales service category of the National Customer Satisfaction survey hosted by the Korea Productivity Center, it said on Sunday. The result extends its top ranking for a third consecutive year since the category was launched in 2024. The company has also ranked first in other service quality assessments this year, and is focusing on boosting engineers’ capabilities and using an AI-based diagnostic programme, HASS.

LG Uplus publishes 2025 sustainability report, discloses key ESG results
LG Uplus said on Tuesday it published its 2025 sustainability report disclosing environmental, social and governance results. The company reorganised four key ESG issues based on Korea Sustainability Standards Board criteria and added new pages on digital inclusion. It reported achievements in climate response and energy transition, including an A leadership rating from CDP and approval of its carbon neutrality target by SBTi. It also highlighted customer satisfaction, user protection, governance changes and AI-based service improvements.

LG Uplus stands out in user protection and service evaluations, accelerates AI data-based improvements
LG Uplus is speeding up customer service improvements using artificial intelligence and data, with results showing in recent evaluations. It received a \"very excellent\" rating in both mobile and high-speed internet categories in a 2025 user protection assessment by the Korea Communications Commission. The company also posted gains in customer satisfaction indicators, including top rankings in NCSI and KSQI. It is expanding AI use to detect spam and voice phishing and to support 상담, while also pursuing overseas rollout with Maxis in Malaysia.
