Woori Financial opens 14th Goodwill Store in Hwaseong
Woori Financial Group\'s Woori Financial Future Foundation has opened the Goodwill Store Milal Sinyoungtong branch in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, a shop that supports self-reliance for people with developmental disabilities. The foundation said it opened the store with the Miral Welfare Foundation on May 29. The new site is the 14th jointly built store. Woori Financial plans to expand stores to Hanam and Jeonju and aims to support 30 billion won through 2034 to build 100 stores nationwide and provide stable jobs for 1,500 people.

LGU+ holds disability awareness concert for employees for Day of Persons with Disabilities
LGU+ held a disability awareness programme for employees to mark the Day of Persons with Disabilities. The company and LG Electronics hosted an accessibility and disability awareness lunch concert on April 17 at LG Sciencepark in Magok, Seoul, with about 300 employees attending. The event featured a performance by a chamber orchestra made up of musicians with developmental disabilities, a lecture and hands-on demonstrations of accessibility technologies and assistive devices.

Woori Financial expands parcel donation program to support jobs for people with developmental disabilities
Woori Financial Future Foundation said on Sunday it signed a business agreement with CJ Logistics and the Miral Welfare Foundation to expand the Woori Financial x Goodwill Store programme and support self-reliance for people with developmental disabilities. The three organisations will cooperate on building and operating Goodwill Stores, supporting parcel delivery costs for donated goods, expanding online and offline donation channels, and improving logistics systems using CJ Logistics\' nationwide infrastructure.
