KT launches Korea\'s first YouTube Premium Lite bundled plan
KT on April 14 launched a bundled mobile plan offering YouTube Premium Lite, the first such package among South Korean telecom carriers. It changed the base benefit of its YouTube Premium Choice plan from YouTube Premium to YouTube Premium Lite, which costs 8,500 won a month. The company also offers YouTube Premium Lite through KT Subscription for 8,000 won a month and introduced two subscription packs paired with MegaMGC Coffee coupons.

CJ ENM, MGC Global sign MOU for cultural social contribution
CJ ENM said on Thursday it signed a memorandum of understanding with MGC Global on social contribution through performances and cultural activities. Executives from both companies attended a signing ceremony at CJ ENM Center in Seoul. The partners said they will work to provide cultural experiences to local communities and marginalized groups and to narrow cultural gaps. Their first project is a K-pop concert planned for May.

Baemin runs large-scale pickup discount promotion
Woowa Brothers, the operator of food delivery app Baedal Minjok, said on Monday it will run a large-scale pickup promotion in partnership with coffee franchise MegaMGC Coffee. From Jan. 19 to 25, it will offer a limited first-come, first-served 100-won hot Americano deal, and a 1,000-won Americano once a day even after the limited quantity runs out. From Jan. 26 to Feb. 1, it will continue selling hot Americanos for 1,000 won and offer 10 percent off all items at about 2,000 stores.
