Will Apple cut prices again after memory shortage eases?
Apple has sharply raised prices for major products, citing a memory supply shortage, and attention is turning to whether it will cut prices again once memory prices stabilise. The company said the increase was unavoidable as memory and key component prices rose without precedent amid the spread of AI data centres. Some in the market see its comments as hinting at a possible rollback, but others say Apple may keep current prices if profitability improves.
