LG CNS expands North America manufacturing AX market, targets small and mid-sized makers

LG CNS showcased its AI smart factory solution, Factova, at IoT Tech Expo 2026 held in San Jose, California, on May 18-19 local time. The company said Factova applies AI, big data and IoT across manufacturing processes to optimise operations and make factories more intelligent. It highlighted Factova MES for real-time data collection and analysis, and Factova Control for standardising and integrating equipment data. LG CNS also cited results at domestic sites.

NHN Dooray unveils AI agent lineup, targets finance and public sector markets

NHN Dooray unveiled its AI agent service lineup and stepped up efforts to target the enterprise collaboration market. The company introduced several agents embedded in the Dooray platform, including My Agent, Project Agent, Extension Agent and Built-In Agent. It said the agents can interact in workspaces and execute tasks using accumulated work data. NHN Dooray said it has run beta tests with some existing customers including Woori Financial Group and plans broader rollouts.

Samsung SDS completes next-generation ERP build for Samsung Electro-Mechanics

Samsung SDS said on April 20 it has completed a next-generation enterprise resource planning system project for Samsung Electro-Mechanics. The project is its first case based on the “RISE with SAP Premium Supplier” status it obtained in September 2025. Samsung SDS applied Downtime Optimized Conversion to maintain business continuity while migrating large-scale data. It said downtime for converting 8.5 terabytes of SAP HANA data fell from 140 hours to 34 hours.
