Miracom Inc said on Thursday it signed a business agreement with the Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs, companies and the Korea Standards Association to 추진 the 2026 cooperative AX leading model building support project run by the agency.

Based on that, Miracom Inc will begin manufacturing AX and RX projects in earnest. The company said the project focuses on helping smaller manufacturers transition to AX by using large companies' manufacturing innovation capabilities, under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

Through the project, Miracom Inc will build manufacturing AI application models and 추진 on-site demonstrations for a total of 6 manufacturers. It will begin sequentially with projects for 5 companies that have completed agreements, including Soulbrain, Hana Micron, Magnachip Semiconductor, Samsong and Kumho Tire, and will 추진 the remaining company after completing agreement procedures.

Miracom Inc will build AI leading models reflecting each adopting company's manufacturing environment and data characteristics. Key 추진 projects include building a data collection system, system integration, applying AI models, introducing AI engineer services, introducing an AI-based predictive logistics operating system and applying humanoid robots.

Miracom Inc will use AI to build systems for optimising production planning, detecting yield anomalies and analysing causes, and early detection of defects based on quality models.

Miracom Inc CEO Dae-joong Ahn (안대중) said, "This agreement is a full-fledged starting point for Miracom Inc to expand the MES 구축 experience and automation capabilities it has accumulated at manufacturing sites for 28 years into manufacturing AX and RX." He added, "We will connect AI technology to tangible improvements in productivity and quality at manufacturing sites to create results that adopting companies can feel."
