Bamisin to overhaul rules to respond to online hate speech
The Broadcasting Media and Communications Review Committee (Bamisin) will begin overhauling systems to respond to online hate speech. Michael Saylor hints at more bitcoin buying as Strategy dividend vote nears
Strategy Chairman Michael Saylor signalled the possibility of additional bitcoin purchases as shareholders prepared to vote on changing the dividend payment schedule for STRC preferred shares from once a month to twice a month. CEO Phong Le reaffirmed the company’s stance of increasing net bitcoin holdings and bitcoin per share. The proposal requires approval from a majority of 85 million shares outstanding as of April 17, 2026.

AI beats law professors in blind law school test with 75 percent win rate
Artificial intelligence received higher ratings than human law professors in an experiment comparing the quality of answers to law students’ questions, a study found. In a blind review involving U.S. law school professors, AI-generated responses were judged better overall. Researchers recruited 16 professors and used 40 representative contract law questions, collecting 2,918 evaluations. In head-to-head comparisons, AI answers won about 75 percent of the time and were less often deemed educationally harmful.
