A simple \'Hey Meta\' records daily life: Trying Meta smart glasses

Smart glasses combined with artificial intelligence are drawing attention as next-generation wearable devices, and models that can take photos and videos, play music and answer spoken questions have entered the South Korean market. Meta officially launched the Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 and Oakley Meta on May 25. Canon to launch video-focused full-frame EOSR6V with 7K 60P RAW and cooling fan

Canon Korea will officially launch the video-focused full-frame mirrorless camera EOSR6V on June 19. It is the first full-frame model in the EOS R V series, with a 32.5-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor and a DIGIC X image engine. The camera can record up to 7K 60P RAW internally, supports oversampled 4K, 4K 120P and 2K 180P, and includes a built-in cooling fan for more than 120 minutes of continuous shooting.

Kakao faces double trouble of labour dispute and weak shares, raising concerns over AI shift

Kakao’s first-ever strike at its headquarters is fuelling concerns that its artificial intelligence transition strategy could be disrupted, with the union warning of a second walkout on June 29. The dispute centres on performance pay and RSUs, but also broader issues including restructuring-related job insecurity and perceived gaps between executive and employee compensation. Kakao shares have remained weak since the strike. The company is pursuing an AI shift for KakaoTalk while facing rising costs and internal tensions.
