AI era puts focus on shift-left security to find and fix vulnerabilities during development

Amazon Web Services said high-performance AI is sharply cutting the time needed to find vulnerabilities and create attack code, increasing the number of flaws companies must address. AWS described internal systems that protect infrastructure without customer involvement, and stressed automated reasoning to reduce hallucinations in security use cases. LG Electronics sets up robotics business center to speed up robot business

LG Electronics has overhauled its operating structure for its physical AI-based robotics business, creating a Robotics Business Center reporting directly to the CEO effective July 1. The new unit brings together functions needed for commercialisation, from business opportunity discovery to supply chain and manufacturing operations. The company also set up a dedicated team for a robot training data factory and plans to use the data to advance its RFM model.
