SpaceX-Tesla merger talks resurface ahead of Nasdaq listing
Talk of a possible merger between SpaceX and Tesla has resurfaced as SpaceX nears a Nasdaq listing. CNBC reported Elon Musk has discussed combining the companies with close associates, and that a view is spreading inside Tesla that such a deal could eventually happen. SpaceX, valued at $1.25 trillion in the private market after a merger with xAI, is expected to begin Nasdaq trading in two weeks. Kawasaki patents modular-frame electric motorcycle design
Japanese heavy industry company Kawasaki has disclosed a patent for an electric motorcycle design that can mount different types of electric motors on a single frame. The patent proposes a modular mounting system in which the motor and transmission are installed on a separate subframe connected to the main frame. The approach is expected to raise production efficiency and expand parts sharing, and could help reduce costs and, eventually, prices for electric motorcycles.

Kawasaki begins official development of four-legged robot \'Corleo\' for 2030 commercialisation
Kawasaki Heavy Industries has begun official development aimed at commercialising Corleo, a four-legged walking robot for personal mobility, an electric-vehicle outlet reported. Corleo was first unveiled at the Osaka-Kansai Expo 2025 and drew attention after a CGI video logged 1.2 billion exposures on social media. Kawasaki set up a direct-to-president business development team and is also building related software, targeting 2030 for a global debut of a functional prototype.
