Kakao runs \'Kanana in KakaoTalk\' sign-up promotion, offers emoticons

Kakao said on Monday it is running a sign-up promotion for its AI service \'Kanana in KakaoTalk\' within KakaoTalk. Users who join by Sept. 14 will receive the Kakao emoticon set \'Chunsik Is a Kitten 3\' on a first-come, first-served basis. The service uses an on-device AI model to understand chat context and suggest information, offering daily schedule briefings and supporting searches, recommendations and settings changes.

LG Uplus expands Udok Pick benefits, adds eight AI subscriptions

LG Uplus said on Monday it expanded the lineup of Udok Pick, a flagship product on its subscription platform Udok. Udok Pick lets customers add lifestyle benefits to main services such as YouTube Premium, Disney+ and Google AI Pro, and change selected benefits monthly. The revamp adds partner perks including CGV 1+1 ticket vouchers, Baedal Minjok and Kakao Emoticon Plus. Eight of its 10 AI subscriptions are now offered as Pick add-ons.

KT launches Tving lifestyle subscription pack, offers discount promotion

KT launched its \'Tving Lifestyle Subscription Pack\' on Monday, combining OTT content with real-life coupon benefits. Customers can choose one lifestyle brand benefit each month. The product comes in three tiers: Tving Basic, Standard and Premium. Monthly prices are 11,500 won, 15,500 won and 19,000 won, each 2,000 won below the regular price. KT will run additional discounts through Dec. 31 and offer Naver Pay points to new sign-ups.
