KT is launching a limited-edition home camera product featuring Pinkfong Baby Shark through a collaboration with The Pinkfong Company. The device applies a Baby Shark design skin to an existing home camera and is bundled with KT\'s internet-based home care service, KT Homecam Ansim. It supports real-time monitoring via the Hejhome app, motion detection and auto-tracking, two-way voice calls and cloud storage for up to seven days. Sales are limited to 3,000 units.

KT is pursuing strategic business cooperation with Starship Entertainment using the companies’ character intellectual property. KT said on July 7 it signed a memorandum of understanding to launch collaboration goods based on both sides’ character IP. Under the deal, KT plans to introduce collaboration goods combining Starship’s MINIVE and KT’s own Mint Raon for new mobile devices to be released. The first products will align with Samsung’s Galaxy Foldable8 lineup due in August.
