AI coding startup Cognition raises more than $2 billion, valued at $48 billion

AI coding agent startup Cognition has raised more than $2 billion in a Series E funding round that values the company at $48 billion. SiliconANGLE reported the valuation nearly doubled from the previous round, with annualised revenue close to $900 million. Cognition raised $1 billion in May at a $26 billion valuation. The company develops an AI agent that handles the full software engineering process.

XRP retests cup-and-handle pattern, with $3.63 target if $1.35 holds

XRP has entered a retest zone for a cup-and-handle pattern on the weekly chart after an August rebound, an analysis said. If support holds, XRP could try to break above the $1.45 to $1.50 resistance area, with targets cited at $2.4062 and $3.6330. XRP is trading around $1.39, up about 3.5 percent over the past week. A break below $1.35 could weaken the structure, with $1.23 cited as the next support.
