Commercial security services based on advanced AI models spread

Moves by the security industry are accelerating to offer commercial services that use large language models to help public and private organisations detect software vulnerabilities. IBM and OpenAI unveiled an enterprise AI security service, while SoftBank Group launched a product based on OpenAI models. OpenAI updated GPT-5.5-Cyber and expanded partner programmes. Intelligence agencies warned of destructive AI cyber attacks. ITCEN Global ties up with BTQ on quantum security business

ITCEN Global said on Tuesday it signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with Nasdaq-listed quantum technology company BTQ Technologies to build post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and quantum-safe security infrastructure. The two companies will jointly develop PQC, next-generation authentication technologies and quantum-safe security infrastructure and pursue commercialisation. Initial applications include financial networks, digital identity and biometric authentication, blockchain and Web3, public systems and enterprise IT infrastructure.

ITCEN Global steps up Web3 commercialisation from tokenised gold to stablecoins

ITCEN Global said on Wednesday its blockchain-based Web3 businesses being pursued with key affiliates, including Korea Gold Exchange and Korea Gold Exchange Digital Asset, have entered a practical commercialisation stage. The company is pursuing a project to issue 50 tonnes of physical gold as on-chain assets within five years and build a 10 trillion won ecosystem. It is expanding its KGLD gold RWA token and moving into security tokens and stablecoins through partnerships.
