Youth Future Savings applications begin, focus on young adults\' fund flows
Applications for the Youth Future Savings policy savings product began on Sunday, drawing attention to whether young adults\' money will extend beyond deposits and instalment savings into individual savings accounts (ISA) and domestic investment products. The product offers a 3-year fixed rate with maximum rates of 7 to 8 percent. Interest in ISA accounts is also rising, while overlap limits among youth-targeted products could affect demand.

KB Securities\' digital wealth management assets top 15 trillion won
KB Securities said its digital wealth management assets have surpassed 15 trillion won, up by about 5 trillion won in six months after topping 10 trillion won in November. The company linked the growth to a market-wide shift of funds from safe assets such as deposits to investment products, alongside rising demand for tax-saving and pension products. Growth was led by individual savings accounts and pension assets.

Samsung Securities YouTube subscribers top 3 million, firm cites AI content strategy
Samsung Securities said its official YouTube channel has surpassed 3 million subscribers, the first among South Korean financial companies to do so. The firm said the channel averages more than 1,325,000 views a week and produces about 1,500 videos a year. It attributed the growth to early adoption of AI tools, including generative AI, for production and editing. Several themed videos and series recorded hundreds of thousands to more than 3 million views.
