GRAC appoints 10-member committee for random item redress, to link with content dispute system in H2
The Game Rating and Administration Committee, under South Korea\'s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said it appointed 10 members to a subcommittee on redress for damage linked to random items. Members include user groups, business groups and legal and institutional experts, with one-year terms renewable. The committee will deliberate on case reviews and reinvestigation decisions. GRAC plans to link its redress centre system with the Content Dispute Mediation Committee in the second half.

Roblox to expand Korea-tested digital citizenship model globally
Roblox said it will use the digital citizenship education programme it runs in South Korea as a global standard model. It said platform safety should not rely only on technical controls and outlined an education approach linking parents, teachers and students. The company detailed age-estimation requirements for communication, expanded child-protection and wellbeing tools, and advisory groups. It also announced a pop-up event in Daegu and addressed questions on content moderation and ratings discussions.

GRAC launches 2026 illegal game report reward program, pays up to 600,000 won a month
The Game Rating and Administration Committee said it held the first 2026 review of reports on illegal game content on March 12 to prevent user harm and improve enforcement against distribution and illegal currency exchange. It formed a review panel including National Police Agency officials and experts from related institutions. Reporters can file submissions with evidence through the committee’s website. Rewards can reach 500,000 won per case, capped at 600,000 won per month and 3,000,000 won per year.
