US Clarity Act faces four-week test as prediction market sees 32 percent chance of passage by end-2026
Expectations and uncertainty are rising over the U.S. crypto market structure bill known as the Clarity Act. Former House Financial Services Committee chairman Patrick McHenry called it the most important technology legislation since the 1996 Telecommunications Act, but prediction markets put the chance of enactment by Dec. 31, 2026 at 32 percent. A key variable is an ethics provision limiting crypto-related profits by senior officials, amid Democratic demands to strengthen it and a tight Senate timetable.

Visa develops enterprise stablecoin management platform to support OUSD
Visa is launching a platform designed to help banks and fintech companies handle stablecoins more easily, Fortune reported on Wednesday. Fortune said Visa will roll out the platform alongside the OpenStandard (OUSD) stablecoin involving more than 140 companies including Visa, Stripe, Mastercard, BlackRock and Coinbase. A launch date was not disclosed. OUSD is set for release in the second half of this year and allows issuance and redemption without fees or volume limits.

KT adds store fortune feature to app for small business owners
KT has added fortune-telling content related to store operations to its small business app, Sajang Easy. The company said on July 15 it is launching a new feature called Store Fortune. The app provides services such as AI image creation, AI store music, attendance management and business growth reports. Store Fortune includes a \"Money Bowl\" report and a daily sales index, and results can be shared with others.
